Dr. Eiman Al Zaabi graduated with an MBBS from the Faculty of Medicine at UAE University in Al Ain. She completed her FRCPC in Hematopathology at Dalhousie University in Canada in 2007 and received a Research fellowship in 2008. She obtained Master degree in Healthcare management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She started her career as a Hematopathologist at Mafraq hospital in August 2008 before being promoted to Chairman of the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Department. She later served as Deputy Chief Medical Officer of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Services at Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. (SEHA) from 2013 to 2015. Dr. Eiman Al Zaabi then transitioned to Sheikh Khalifa Medical City where she held various leadership positions including Acting Chief Medical Director of Pathology & Laboratory Services of SEHA, Chair of Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Laboratory, Chief Medical Director of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Donor Centers, and Deputy Chief Medical Director of Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. She currently serves as Chairperson of Pathology & Laboratory Medical Services at Sheikh Shakboot Medical City. Furthermore, she is an EFQM and CAP assessor and has played a pivotal role in managing hospital services, patient experience, performance improvement, education, leadership, communication, sustainability, and research. Internationally, she is a member of the ISBT immunohematology working group. Dr. Eiman Al Zaabi has been recognized for her exceptional contributions to healthcare, winning the Abu Dhabi Medical Distinction Award in 2013 and the Best Executive Director Award from SEHA in 2014. In 2017, she achieved 2nd place in the Abu Dhabi Excellence Award in Government Performance.

Dr. Aydah Alawadhi, M.B.B.S., is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a highly skilled oncologist with nine years of experience and extensive training from prestigious institutions, Dr. Alawadhi provides expert care in treating all types of oncology cases, with expertise in breast cancer and sarcoma. She is committed to delivering compassionate and personalised treatment to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Dr. Alawadhi graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) from the United Arab Emirates University College of Medicine and Health Sciences in 2012. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Saint Vincent Hospital affiliated with the University of Massachusetts in 2016. She then pursued a fellowship in Haematology and Medical Oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, graduating in 2019. Through her career, Dr. Alawadhi has received multiple awards, including the “Women in Oncology of the Year” from the Emirates Oncology Society – EOS (2022), and the “Healthcare Research Excellence Award” from Pure Health (2023). Dr. Aydah has also been published in many research articles and book chapters, in the field of Medical Oncology. Dr. Alawadhi is currently the scientific chairperson of EOS, and Chairperson of the Breast Cancer Working Group, under EOS. Additionally, she is a renowned multiple award-winner in areas of both research and patient experience.

Dr. Thiagarajan Jaiganesh is a distinguished Consultant in Adult and Pediatric Emergency Medicine with dual certification and currently serves as the Chairman of the busiest Emergency Department in the UAE, overseeing over 220,000 patient attendances in 2023 across STMC, Tawam, and Al Ain Hospitals. He is the former Program Director of the Tawam Emergency Medicine Residency (2016–2023) and has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards, including the Best EM Physician Award at ESEM 2024 and the Healthcare Leadership Award at the Health 2.0 Conference 2024. His contributions to healthcare excellence have earned accolades such as the SEHA Innovation Dome Bronze Award and the Certified Emergency Department Executive distinction. Dr. Jaiganesh plays an instrumental role in shaping emergency medicine standards in the UAE as the Co-Chair of the DOH Emergency Medicine Task Force and Standardization Initiative, Chair of the SEHA Emergency Medicine Service Line Council (2022), and a Medical Expert for the Department of Health. A prolific academic, he has published 50 peer-reviewed articles and nine book chapters, including contributions to the Oxford Handbook for Medical School and the Textbook of Emergency Medicine. An invited speaker at numerous national and international conferences, Dr. Jaiganesh also serves as a Corporate Trainer at Pure Health and holds memberships in various international committees. Outside of medicine, he is an avid trekker, having hiked destinations such as Machu Picchu, Everest Base Camp, Mt. Kilimanjaro, and Mt. Kailash.

Dr. Omar Alshemeili is a Consultant Rheumatologist at Sheikh Tahnoun Medical Center, specializing in the diagnosis and management of autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders. With extensive experience in treating conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and gout, Dr. Alshemeili is known for his patient-focused, evidence-based approach to care. He remains actively involved in medical education and clinical advancement in the field of rheumatology.
