Dr. Ramadan Arafa is a Consultant Physician and Nephrologist at Fujairah Hospital. He graduated from Mansoura University in 1990 and earned his Master’s degree in Internal Medicine in 1997. Dr. Arafa holds MRCPI (2010) and FRCPI (2016) qualifications and was awarded his MD in Internal Medicine in 2017. He has extensive experience in internal medicine and nephrology practice.

Dr. Muhamed Muhamed Ali Al Rohani is a Consultant Nephrologist and Head of the Medical Department at Dibba Hospital, Fujairah, UAE, since 2011. Previously, he served as Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Science and Technology Hospital in Sana’a, Yemen. He trained in internal medicine and nephrology in Czechoslovakia and Slovakia, with an ISN Fellowship in Cairo, and has published extensively on nephrology and dialysis patient care.

Dr. Hani Sabbour is a Consultant in Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension, and Cardiac Electrophysiology at Mediclinic Abu Dhabi, UAE. He also serves as an Assistant Professor of Cardiology at Brown University's Alpert Medical School in Rhode Island, USA.
Dr. Sabbour holds six American Board certifications, including Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Advanced Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension, and Cardiac Electrophysiology. Additionally, he is board-certified in comprehensive echocardiography (ASE) and nuclear cardiology (ASNC/CBNC).
Dr. Sabbour is the lead author of the UAE Pulmonary Hypertension Guidelines and established the country’s first Pulmonary Hypertension registry and center of excellence in 2014. He also co-authored the UAE Cardiometabolic Guidelines and is a founding member of the Cardiac Amyloidosis Working Group in the Gulf and Saudi Arabia.
Further, Dr. Sabbour contributed as a co-author to the Middle East Dyslipidemia Guidelines and the Middle East Familial Hyperlipidemia Guidelines. He is one of five steering committee members of the Abu Dhabi Department of Health’s Population Health Program.
