Regina Aspe Velasco, MPharm, PGCert, is a UK-trained clinical pharmacist who completed her university education and postgraduate training in the UK. She is also a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and health coach, with clinical experience across the UK and UAE, including Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and specialist metabolic care. She recently completed the Functional Medicine Pharmacists Bootcamp™ through the Functional Medicine Pharmacists Alliance. Her experience spans medicines optimisation, obesity, diabetes and metabolic health, including supporting GLP-1 therapies within multidisciplinary care. Regina advocates for integrating evidence-based pharmacotherapy, nutrition, physical activity and sustainable behaviour change to improve long-term metabolic health.

Dr. Adnan M. Mostafa is a board-certified cardiologist with over 10 years of clinical experience in acute and elective cardiovascular care. He currently serves as Specialist Cardiologist at Fujairah Hospital (EHS), UAE, and is an active member of the primary PCI team. His expertise includes echocardiography, heart failure, ACS, arrhythmias, and clinical teaching, with strong commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
