Dr. Sadek El Mokahal is a Consultant Cardiologist at STMC and Tawam Hospital in Al Ain, UAE, where he has practiced since 1993. He earned his Internal Medicine and Cardiology Board certifications from the American University of Beirut in 1991 and 1993. His clinical interests include heart failure, hypertension, dyslipidemia, valvular disease, and cardiomyopathy, with a focus on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered cardiovascular care.

Mohamed El-Harari, MRCP, FRCP (UK), is a Consultant Cardiologist with more than two decades of experience in various aspects of invasive and non-invasive cardiology, with interest in heart failure and service development across the UK, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. He completed his cardiology training in the North East of England, earning his Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCST) in 2001, and subsequently served for 15 years as Consultant Cardiologist at the University Hospital of North Durham. He later held senior consultant roles in Riyadh before relocating to the UAE in 2018, where he established a comprehensive multidisciplinary Heart Failure service in Al Ain. This programme continued to expand through his leadership at Tawam Hospital and, since 2025, at Sheikh Tahnoon Medical City. In January 2026, the service achieved American Heart Association certification as the first Comprehensive Heart Failure Center in the MENA region.

Salama Albadi is Heart Failure Navigator and Coordinator at Sheikh Tahnoon Medical City, specializing in heart failure management, patient education, discharge planning, and care transitions. She holds a Master of Science in Cardiovascular Nursing from Mohammed Bin Rashid University, Dubai. She coordinates the Heart Failure Service Program, which achieved AHA certification and Gold Plus recognition, and is a member of CCU, SEHA Cardiology Council, and Emirates Nursing Association.
