Dr. Sultan Mahmmoud Mosleh is an Associate Professor of Nursing with extensive expertise in critical care, cardiac rehabilitation, palliative care, and oncology nursing. He earned his PhD in Nursing Science from the University of Aberdeen, UK, and holds advanced academic and clinical qualifications, including a higher diploma in palliative care. With over two decades of academic and clinical experience, Dr. Mosleh has held key positions in both Jordan and the UAE, including his current role at the Higher Colleges of Technology. He has published over 45 peer-reviewed journal articles and led several funded research projects, particularly in chronic disease management and nursing education. Dr. Mosleh actively contributes to national committees in the UAE. His work focuses on enhancing clinical competencies, advancing nursing education, and improving patient-centered care.

Mr. Soufiane Roussia is a clinical nurse educator and emerging nursing scholar specializing in cardiology and critical care nursing. He serves as Chair of the Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice Committee at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City and Chair of the UAE Specialist Nurse Forum. Mr. Soufiane holds dual Master’s degrees in Adult Health Nursing (RAK Medical and Health Sciences University, 2021) and Cardiovascular Nursing (Mohammed Bin Rashid University, 2023). He further enhanced his expertise through a certificate in Advanced Clinical Education and a Cardiac Nurse Specialist internship at Queen’s University and the NHS in the UK.
