Tariq Al Habsi is a dedicated medical doctor who graduated from the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. His passion for research has driven his medical journey, leading to active involvement in impactful public health projects. An active member of the Medical Students Community in Oman, he has held multiple leadership and executive board positions. Tariq has also led Oman’s delegations at prestigious assemblies organized by the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations (IFMSA). He had the honor of being one of the organizers of Wonca EMR 2022 and is excited to share his latest research findings with experts in the field. Tariq aspires to improve patient outcomes and advance healthcare practices through innovative research, aiming to make a significant positive impact in family medicine and public health.

Rola Itani, MD is a family medicine resident at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. After graduating from the same institution, she chose to embark on the journey of residency in her hometown while serving her own community. Dr. Mona Osman is Assistant Professor of Family Medicine, medical director of the family medicine clinics, director of community and outreach activities, and director of the fellowship in primary care sports medicine in the Department of Family Medicine at the American University of Beirut (AUB). She is also the Director of University Health Services at AUB. She is the Head of the Training Committee of the Scientific Council of Family Medicine at the Arab Board of Health Specializations, leading the implementation of the regional professional diploma in family medicine. She is WONCA-EMR treasurer and the President of the Lebanese Society of Family Medicine. She has a Master in Public Health, Business Administration, and Medical Education for Healthcare Professionals. She is also a Diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine. She has more than 20 years’ experience in public health, non-communicable diseases, primary health care, medical education, and global health.
