CME Accreditation

  • Session attendance is monitored via badge scanning.
  • You will receive a post-conference evaluation survey via your registered email. The survey takes 5 minutes to complete.
  • Your CME certificate will be delivered to your inbox immediately after completing the evaluation survey.

Event Terms and Conditions:

Important Information:

  1. Acceptance of the terms and conditions above constitutes a legal binding contract under UAE law.
  2. The organiser accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions expressed by the speakers, chairmen, moderators or any other persons at the event.
  3. Participants are required to abide by the local UAE law and local customs.
  4. Please note that delegates with inappropriate attire might not be allowed into the summit venue.
  5. The organiser will do its utmost effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented online in regards to the program, speakers, and participants. However, it will not be liable in the unexpected event that a speaker does not attend the summit.
  6. The organiser reserve the right “in extreme circumstances” to change the time and meeting venue.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

  1. Items and activities not availed by the delegate will not be reimbursed.
  2. Registration fees vary according to payment date.
  3. Registration cannot be confirmed without payment.
  4. If the payment is made after the deadline of the selected period, the registration fee of the following period will apply and the difference will be invoiced for immediate payment.
  5. Upon successful payment, an automated receipt and confirmation of your registration will be sent via email.
  6. Delegates without proof of payment will not be allowed access to the event.
  7. The organisers reserve the right to deny access if proof of profession is not presented at check in.
  8. In the event of acts of God, government restrictions, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, or any other comparable calamity or condition beyond the control of the Organisers
    collectively a “Force Majeure”) before the first day of the Summit, the Organiser has the right to cancel or reschedule the summit.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

  1. If a registered delegate cannot attend the event, a substitute colleague may be accepted before 31st December 2025. After this date cancellation fees apply.
  2. Requests for substitutions will only be accepted by e-mail to bigsky-cardiology@meetingmindsexperts.com, indicating the delegate registration ID and the name of substitute.
  3. The substitute must be from the same organization.
  4. Cancellations received before 31st December 2025 will qualify for a full refund, less USD 75 refund charge.
  5. Cancellations received after 31st December 2025 will not qualify for a full refund.
  6. No-shows will not qualify for a refund.
  7. Partial attendance does not qualify for a refund.

Refunds Policy:

- Refunds are processed on the 15th and 30th of every month. It takes 15 working days to process the refund from the date of receiving a “valid”, duly filled and signed refund request form.
- Please note that we are unable to process any refund requests without the receipt of a completed and signed refund form.
- Refunds can only be made in the same form of payment as per the original payment made and the same bank or credit card account.
